My background is in art & design and I believe it is important for something to not only look beautiful but to taste fantastic too. I take pride in loving what I do and creating something truly from the heart. I keep myself up to date with the latest techniques and materials which give my desserts a modern edge. I have a outgoing personality, which gives me the confidence to push the boundaries of each design in an effort to keep it fresh and exciting! Each dessert I design is specific to you and your event.
